Tartar Sauce

This tartar sauce is so much better that what you buy in a bottle. You can serve it with fish, use it as a dip for french fries or spread it on a sandwich.

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons finely diced red onion

2 teaspoons finely diced sweet pickles

1 teaspoon finely diced capers

2 teaspoons lemon juice

Mix all of the ingredients together and serve.
